The location
Located in hills with a panoramic 360 degree view, the villa is located in Northern Marche, in the province of Pesaro and Urbino, 3 km from the small medieval village of Mombaroccio and less than 25 km from the Adriatic Sea. You also find at about 30 minutes by car, historic and art cities such as Urbino, Fano and Pesaro, and many excursions are possible in the surroundings.
Description of the house
The villa is spread over 2 floors with a total area of 240m2.
You will find on the ground floor a large master bedroom with spacious Italian shower, double sink, separate toilet and a KingSize double bed (180×200). You will also find a separate toilet for guests, a laundry area with washing machine and dryer available to guests. The living area consists of a spacious living room (with open fire, satellite TV, DVD player, a Marshall Bluetooth portable speaker), a dining-room with a large table for 12 people, and an open kitchen fully equipped with American fridge (ice dispenser and filtered fresh water), Induction cooking, oven and microwave, coffee machine (Nespresso capsules and a traditional Italian Moka), dishwasher …
On the first floor you will find a bathroom with a large bath, a spacious Italian shower, a double sink and a separate toilet. You also have 3 different bedrooms: a Master Bedroom with a KingSize bed (180x200cm), a spacious Italian shower, a sink and a separate toilet, another bedroom with 2 beds of 90x200cm and a last bedroom with 3 beds of 90x200cm.

The property is fully fenced, surrounded by field and hills, and is located at the end of a small farmer’s path which ensures absolute tranquillity vis-à-vis the main road.
Beware, it is advised to avoid sports cars! The end of the white gravels road may be bumpy…
Children are welcome at Casa Fontegenga and families have stayed here with great pleasure. Still, we want to stress out that the house is not specifically child-friendly. There are no protection on the stair and no pool security for example…
